Have stayed hear many time and enjoyed it, but this time they were having power problems, 104 volts at a 50 amp site causing our surge suppressor to shut off. The staff did refund a night of our stay being we had to leave missing an event we went there for. We paid 200% more than the local state park to stay at a campground with 50 amp service just to have to leave. The staff said they would look into it and let us know seeing we have another trip reserved the in November, not sure we want to chance it again.
:-( :-( :-(

Was it hot that day and the park crowded? We encountered low voltage at a park because of all the ACs running in the late summer heat. Our site was heavily wooded so we didn't need the AC so I bypassed the surge, kept the TV off and switched the fridge and hot water heater to propane until it cooled enough outside and voltage returned to normal. Assuming that was the cause for your low voltage, it probably won't be an issue in November. Any other parks in that area you could try?

Mark, Yes the campground was full and with the heat of the day peaking in the early afternoon it is a good guess that there was a large draw on the power grid. My biggest complaint is that there was such a large differential in the voltage of the two phases (that I didn't mention in my earlier post about 8-9 volts difference between phases). We have been to other local parks and with both airs running in 90+ heat, fryers, fans, tv, residential fridge, ect... there has been zero issues. Is this a problem with the campground or the local power grid??? Just makes me nervous about staying there again and unfortunately the Core parks are closed in November but to your point there should be less draw on the grid. Also makes me nervous to bypass the surge suppressor, installed it for a reason. A few other parks in the area but the state park there is worse. Thanks for your input.

I have experienced the same at a few parks. I notice on my EMS that Line 1 would show high 110's for the voltage (maybe 118) , while line 2 would show low 100's (104). My main AC runs on line 1, and my other ACs and water heater run on line 2. I found that if I turned off my secondary AC and the electric water heater, the line 2 voltage would stay high enough to not trip the EMS. I would rather limp along with one AC than risk damage to the trailer electronics by bypassing the EMS.

One time I had issues on the 50A but found that the 30A was providing good voltage, so I used the 30A instead. That particular trip was in the winter, so nobody was using AC.

Thought about this after we got home :-( Could have used the 50 to 30 adapter and got by for the weekend, lesson learned won't forget to try that if the problem arises again.
