I found this thermostat and I love it. I got Dometic. 3316250.012 cause it lights up. The location of the that was in the trailer was hard to see the display even with the overhead lights on. I usually have to use the flashlight on my cell phone just to see it. I'm so glad I got it. I ordered it from Camping World on Ebay cause the shipping was about $4 cheaper for this item only. I thought I'd pass this info on cause I know I'm not the only one with this issue.

the link in 2nd post is same part number as give in 1st post :)

I assume this is an AC/ gas heat only, and not a heat pump correct?
I need to be able to switch between gas heat and heat pump.

The one on Amazon has a different part number in the description of the thermostat. I was told it didn't work with a heat strip or heat pumps.

Looks nice, thanks for sharing.

The other thing I don't like about our Dometic thermostat, is the only way to read the room temp is to cycle the mode button to off, then press the + or - button then press the mode button back to AC prior to the unit shutting off.

It should be setup to show the room temp constantly, then show the set temp as your pressing the + or - button, does your new thermostat work that way? That coupled with a back light would be great.

It doesn't show the room temperature constantly, I wish it did. So I just went out and brought a cheap digital thermometer. That way I can use to check the room temperature plus I use it in the refrigerator and freezer.
