OK, I have been a member of this forum for a few years, since we got our 2011 337RLS 5th wheel. Looking through this forum and all the Carrier info I could find, I never saw an explanation for this one! Using the wireless remote, I can get the furnace and fan to run. No A/C or heat pump at all in the front section. I reset the remote, disconnected the DC power for 30 seconds, checked all I could to no avail. Here is what we get: 7 flashing green lights!!! All documentation I could find shows a max of 6 flashing green. Anyone have any more ideas for me to try before I rip this beast out and replace it? We are currently camping in Acadia's new Schoodic Point sites. Who would have thought it would be in the 80's and humid in Maine in late September? Thanks for any and all ideas.

Are the green lights you see on the ceiling unit? And have you tried to operate
the A/C using the emergency push button on the ceiling unit?

Hey Bill. Yes, lights are on the ceiling unit. Emergency button did nothing but shut the unit off completely.

Sorry I can't be of more help--reading in my owners guide it says the
"cool emergency button also can be used when the remote is lost or
inoperative. When the remote is lost, damaged or the battery is discharged, the
cool emergency button can be used to run the unit.
Press the cool emergency button when in the off mode condition-
the unit operates automatically according to the room temperature in the cooling operation.
the setting conditions of cool emergency operation are as follows:
operation mode: cool Preset temperature: 75*F
fan speed: auto timer mode: disable

Test mode: installer can operate unit anytime regardless of temperature by pushing
emergency button (cool or furnace) more than 5 seconds continuously after installing
the unit. ( this function is only used by servicemen to test the unit operation )"
