Can anyone help? Trying to find out what and where is the communication cable for the gas heater, having issues with gas heater and t-Stat not communicating properly. Set T-Stat at 67 and then it 00’s out and sets at 72 we know that’s the default setting. We tried disconnecting inverter and the power and it does the same thing either way. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks

I'm guessing here, but the thermostat cable runs to the AC unit, which triggers the furnace. I think it is regular 12 volt wire that goes from the AC to the furnace. Can you hear the AC unit click before it calls for heat from the furnace?
