Man I don't want to hurt any feelings but you had better double check that front end before completing that purchase!
I'm not an expert but that looks like delamination.
Please forgive me, better to check now than be sorry later $$$

Yup... definitely delam. I wouldn't take delivery until it was fixed.

Aside from that, it looks brand new. Love the sliding glass door.

What's holding up the patio/deck? And definitely delam on the front wall area. I'd fight to have that taken care of and triple checked before signing any paperwork. Plus I'd double check where the deck attaches to the slide out, heard at one time they had issues of leaks and failure at that point.

The patio does have legs, when they took the picture they did not open them up. I will double check that as well. Thanks for the great look out
