Has anyone had any experience dealing with LazydaysRV in Denver CO?

Good, Bad or Ugly.

Thanks
Doc

Hey Doc,
I'm currently dealing with LazyDays in Tucson for my pending purchase.

I know they have the show Big Time RV on the Travel Channel and I see the Denver stores occasionally featured on there. My honest experience with them has been less than I had hoped.

I get the impression that they are a bit arrogant. You should buy from us because we are who we are kind of an attitude. Nothing to speak of as far as dealer thrown in for free stuff, but then again I am getting a great monetary deal. In fact, I'm getting such a great deal that I am very happy with my purchase.

The did drive me around the lot in the golf cart and did have a huge inventory. They have a very large service department and it looked packed too. All said and done I'm satisfied with them. Again, it is Tucson but I seem hard pressed to imagine that Denver is all that different.

For what it's worth...

Pat

I'm dealing with the Lazy Days in Longmont and they have been great so far. We also visited the large indoor location in Loveland but were not impressed with their staff.

Troy in Longmont has gone above and beyond to answer my silly noob questions and sent me tons of technical information that I have requested. We pickup our rig tomorrow morning so we'll see how the sale goes but so far so good.

Good luck!

Havent dealt with the sales staff but it seems like anytime I ask them if they have a part or accessory the answer is the same "we will have to order it". I am only about 10 miles from Lazy Day-Aurora Co. but I drive out to Camping World about 40 miles away to buy my supplies. Just my experience.

I bought a new fifth-wheel from Lazydays in Loveland. in Aug '17 I can only say that I have NEVER had a worse buying experience in my life. The salesman was a master of the bait and switch. I basically made the deal over the phone and was lied to and cheated through the entire process from the option on the trailer to the price. Beware is all I can say. Now I am having a problem getting my warranty repairs completed. Over 5 months and nothing yet.
All I can say is make sure you get everything in writing, and better yet, go somewhere else.
Also the entire underneath of the trailer was extremely rusted, from being towed to Colorado during the spring on roads with salt on them and never washed.

Welcome to the forum.
Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with them.
I was looking at a 3X349 they had on the lot, it was a 2016 that had never sold.
I was at the Hershey RV Show working with their OR sales rep.
Bottom line I got a better deal on a new order 3x 388RKS from Lerch RV than I was getting from them.
They were offering next to nothing on my 2009 OR 337RLS trade.

Doc

I also had a horrible experience getting warranty service/winterization at the Loveland location. My 427BHS had two slides that went out (motor) and went in for service in August 2017 (had to make the appointment in July). While in there for the service, i talked to someone regarding winterization. She quoted me a price of $185 for winterization/de-winterization package. Long story long, I did not get the 5th Wheel back till November and was told I owed $55 for an extra bath, $55 for washer/dryer, $125 for residential refer! I told him I did not authorize the extra and he told me it was already done and since I accepted it over the phone I was liable. After a long talk they accepted the original price quote but I had to take it to the general manager of the store before anything was accomplished.
