I bought a Flame & Shade Electric Fireplace (34") for my OR 328BHS. There's an option for a fireplace to be mounted under the TV in the living room. It has a single plug in that space just for that purpose. My question...has anyone installed a fireplace? How difficult is it? Does it have wood studs to attach the plate to?

I can get the dealer to install, but it's $85, which is kind of steep.

Well, I did it. I mounted the plate and put on the fireplace without issue. I only wish the heat came out the bottom vs the top. It's within 6 inches of the wood ledge and it makes that a little hot. Probably look into getting a heat diffuser to carry the heat out vs up.

Yes, just need to buy a baseboard heat deflector for a few bucks. Get the one with magnets . Will do the job.
