I had a broken window last year and had it replaced. The OR factory had a hard time finding decals of the same lot that would match the shade of color.
I plan on removing my decals off the windows.
I would think if you remove the decals off the fiberglass there will still be a shadow imprint on your fiberglass. Maybe you can still get new ones to replace.
If you are looking for advice on how to remove I would check out any videos on YouTube.

I removed all my window decals. They blocked the view. Came off no issues. Used a little denatured alcohol on remaining glue lines. Didn't remove any on the fiberglass. But I have been using a really good product by Meguiars. Takes off black streaks and not damage finish of the fiberglass. Its a cleaner/wax product. Worked for me......David

There are several threads about removing the decals and one owner found a product that would take the ghost off after the decal was removed but I don't remember the name.

It was this stuff:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00409S8AG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I actually ordered some this morning, to give it a whirl on our rig.
