We have a 2015 Yukon xl sle and are going between the ul3110bh and the ul2802. Which would be better for towing?

According to the 2017 spec's, the 3110BH is almost exactly 1,000 lbs heavier and 3' 8" longer than the 2802BH. That being said, the lighter and / or short trailer would be easier to tow. It would be easier on the engine, transmission, suspension, and brakes and it would also be less likely to have sway control issues.
Just my 2 cents.

What are the towing specs on your SUV?
I took a quick look and saw 6,000 to 6,300 max towing.
The UVW of the UL2802BH is 5,765, IMHO I wouldn't go anything heavier than that and of course I strongly recommend a Pro-Pride 3P hitch!
