We're from California, ok don't hold it against me. While in Quartzsite we saw KSH, tanks and stuff. Had a gravity flow tank made. 22 x 30 x 9.5, just a little over 27 gal. $560, included the labor and install kit. One tank I looked at was 12 gallons for $500? Didn't not include shipping or in stall. Works great for me! Now most won't think but living in Ca, some company's will NOT ship GAS Tanks to California. This is a closed system, vents and drains into the OEM tank. The reason 27 gal is to just get me to the next gas station. I'm not trying to make it from Ca to Texas!

Burgie, how hard it that to fill? Do you actually have to climb into the bed to fill it?
Looks nice. Nicely made. Made in the USA!

Very cool, Bill. Nice use of the space.

The Titan Tank ad fascinates me... Yeah, you write you're not trying to get to Texas from CA, but that ad claims the person made it from California to New York, 2700+ miles, filling up only in Southern California.

The fellow building the tank made the neck long enough I can reach over the bed rail, take cap off and fill, Wish I had thought of it but I didn't. I guess he could tell I'm SHORT!
As far as size, the tank is 27+ gallons, I could have gone all the way to the end of the tool box but some where size and $$$$$$ comes into to play. We don't travel the USA, mostly around the western states. It works for me.
Go on line to KSH Fuel tanks. They can build most any size and configuration
