Godd Morning to all,
We are very new to RVing and this Open Range is our first RV and we purchased from a private party.
Ever since we moved into our RV the Level Alert light for the tanks has been blinking on the interior Control Panel by the front door. Three days ago it started beeping and continues to beep. My husband has emptied the black tanks twice and the grey tanks are open and the fresh water tank is full. We do not know what to address to handle the blinking and beeping. The customer service lady at Highland Ridge said to empty the back and grey tanks and fill the fresh water tanks but since we have already done that we are at a loss what else to do and the beeping is still haunting us as we know something needs to be fixed but what!
Any suggestions?

The beeping is annoying. Hold in the button and it will shut it up. Mine has started beeping out of the blue twice in the four years I've had, but holding the button in silences it. You may have junk on your sensors in the black or gray tanks.

Yea, hold that button.

I would think a better option is to pull the power from it. Kill it. Useless device.

After holding the button in for a few seconds the sound will stop, but the light may continue blinking, as mine has now for 4 years. Thank God it is hidden by the access door.

Could this beeping alarm possibly be the battery monitor needing attention?

Usually it is because there is no water in the fresh water system. I second mickey's advice, crack the panel and pull the wire off of the alert system. The alerts are never accurate and they are extremely difficult to keep clean so most who have camped a while will know when it is time to dump and don't pay attention to it anyway.

Thanks to all who responded. Basically you have voiced what we had determined ourselves and it's real nice to get confirmation that our thinking and deductions have merit or at least group agreement.

Yea mine too, has been blinking for a year. I ignore it since I installed the SeeLevel system. I ought to pull the wire off mine too I guess.
