7:00 am 12/26 here in Green Bay, Wi. -10 degrees and -29 degrees wind chill 0 for a high today. Ice fisherman are happy. Making ice real fast. We'll be packing the camper in anticipation on leaving for Florida on Thursday. Looks to be 76 degrees warmer on Thursday were we stay in Florida. Will arrive on Sunday when it will be 74. The hard part will be packing the camper. Let the good times roll on Thursday. Jerry

There is a forecast of temps. as low as 11 degrees for New Years Eve in North Louisiana----------
That is ridiculous for this part of the country.

Was 10 degree's, sunny, with a 25 MPH wind blowing here in Western New York today. I spent three and a half hours on my tractor today clearing the driveway. It stayed clear for about 30 minutes! Right now it is 5 degree's and will be at zero by morning. I said the wife tonight, we were planning on leaving on the 23 rd, for three months in Florida. How long would it take you to load the camper and we could leave tomorrow!. Oh darn, we have to stay here until Friday to send our daughter back to Florida! She has nonrefundable flight tickets! We could leave Saturday though! I just got an icy stare! Guess we are stuck here until the 23 rd.!

Travel safe folks

I just saw that it is 16 below here in Nebraska this morning. I have the camper in heated storage this winter. Maybe I should go visit it to warm up.

We just returned to Tennessee from a sunny warm 3 week trip to Florida :D . It was 60 to 76 most of the trip. Now I'm setting here at the campsite with frozen water lines (campground's) and it was 9 last night. Wishing I was back on the beach-we came home to early!!!!! :-(

We left Tennessee for the sunshine state on Dec 27th. We are hoping the sun comes soon. It was frigid when we left Old Town, FL today but got warmer all the way south. Winds and rain tonight and cool temps for several days expected. I want to feel the sun!

It was 10F in Lawton OK the day after I left. Our TT is there for the winter while my wife works nearby. Of course it was -15F when we got home here in MN. That said it sure FELT colder in Lawton because of the wind...

On December 4th just a month ago it was 64F here in Rochester MN. This morning it was -45F in Embarass MN. 109 degree difference!
