Installed Camp Pro WiFi with stainless marine mounts on our 319RLS. Mounted router inside with Command velcro strips and wired directly to 12VDC puck light.

Used this antenna on my last trailer using a different mounting application. (see pic) The new 319RLS doesn't have a fold-down TV antenna so bought the mounting hardware to attach it to the ladder. Placement was perfect with the cubby on the inside. The antenna and router has worked awesome for us!

How about an update on how this system is working for you? This is one that I'm really considering as it's not 500 bucks and seems to get pretty good reviews. Heard one problem of folks having trouble logging onto a campground wifi that required a password, while others have said there was no problem.

Also...where did you purchase yours from?

I have one too but have only played around with it a couple times. I used the suction cup and attached it to the dining room window and to the electric outlet under the table. I would use it more often if I would just install it in a permeant location like you did.
Maybe I will try installing on one of my short trips next month.
Thanks for the pictures.

The only real way to tell if WiFi antennas do a better job is do a speed test before and after installation at the same location.
It’s usually the bandwidth at the park that is the bottleneck.

Another product to consider is the Jefa Tech Repeater.
https://www.jefatech.com/products/jefa-repeater-xr
This a replacement for the older model I installed a while back and described in this thread:
http://www.openrangeowners.com/ORforum/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=17058

Jefa Tech is very competent technically.
I would upgrade, but my older one works just fine.
The best feature of these things is that you log it into the CG's wireless and
then all your devices just access the wireless thru this device, easing the effort each time you setup.

T-Mobile has a plan now since last August 2017 where you can have 2 cell phone plan for $60 a month, that includes all taxes and fees. Includes unlimited data, text and voice calls. It's for senior citizens 62 and older.
Then you could stream all the movies you want as long as you get a signal.

We went ahead and after a LOT of research, ordered ours through TechnoRV.com. They are a little bit more expensive, however, within a few bucks is all and they are full time RV'ers. I've got to say that their "learning series" of videos and written instructions are excellent. In addition, they offer some options that are not available any where else we were able to find.

This system seems to get very high marks by those who have purchased it, especially compared to systems costing 2 to 3 times more. We haven't received ours yet, so I hope I'm not being too premature in this initial response.

When we head south for warmer climates in a few weeks, I'll be able to do our own evaluation.

Luke
